Main Contractor appointed
Galliford Try has been appointed by The Portman Estate to deliver the £55m rebuild of 1-4 Marble Arch building.
The project will see the existing 1920s building façade retained and three floors of retail space and a further seven floors of high quality Category A offices will be demolished and rebuilt.
