Completion
Collins has completed the refurbishment at Citypoint on behalf of Brookfield Properties.
Collins delivered complex, structural link bridging to increase the floor area and carried out an internal and external refurbishment to c. 141,000 sq ft of office space on levels five to eight.
Collins also refurbished the circa 10,000 sq ft basement area and installed three external terraces - two on the 8th and one on the 6th floor.
