Willmott Dixon has been appointed to deliver Frank Towell Court, a £31.8m development by Hounslow Council.

The project comprises two nine storey residential towers, a four-storey block of flats and seven Mews houses. The development will also include landscaped gardens and public realm for residents to enjoy, along with wildlife areas, a park and new pathways.

Cllr Steve Curran, Leader of Hounslow Council, commented: “Frank Towell Court will deliver a housing complex for local people, providing new flats and houses that will help us to bridge the gap in much needed housing supply and go a long way to deliver the Council’s pledge to deliver 5,000 new homes by 2022. Furthermore, it’s great to be working in partnership with Willmott Dixon, who have been longstanding partners of Hounslow Council and I look forward to seeing the scheme take shape. “

Roger Forsdyke, managing director for Willmott Dixon’s London and South region, said: “We are delighted to be working again with Hounslow to create essential housing. The environmental ethos of the scheme fits with our own sustainability aspirations, whereby through our ‘Now or Never’ 2030 sustainability strategy, we are committed to delivering net zero carbon buildings in operation by 2030.”

This is the second recent housing scheme that Willmott Dixon has delivered for Hounslow Council. In 2019, the company completed Bristol Court, a £26m retirement living scheme providing 94 new homes.
