New appointment
Fit out specialist Lucas has been appointed for the prime refurbishment and development of the Georgian Grade II* listed 78 St James’s Street building.
The façade and the main will be retained and refurbished while a new Grade A office building with a large atrium is built at the rear.
Lucas will decorate the new offices created in the original building and throughout the newly built office accommodation, atrium, basement areas and a new underground car park. The team will be painting all external metalwork.
