Notting Hill Genesis has selected Wates Residential to construct the first 209 homes in Grahame Park, Barnet’s largest housing estate.

This first site (Plot A) will provide 60 social rented homes ranging from one to five bedrooms, 149 one- and two-bedroom homes for shared ownership across five new blocks as well as communal green spaces and a small supermarket. The site is currently in the process of demolition with construction work expected to start on site in late Autumn 2021 and to be completed by 2023.
