John Rowan and Partners has been appointed to oversee the external and internal refurbishment of over 1,500 premises at Grahame Park.

The works include external concrete brickwork and roofing replacements, window replacements, and kitchen and bathroom replacements. The estate's overall layout will improve and the housing quality will be brought up to the Decent Homes Standard.
