Asset manager PATRIZIA AG will be relocating its London headquarters from 166 Sloane Street in Knightsbridge to the hClub building at 24 Endell Street in Covent Garden.
Subject to planning permission, PATRIZIA’s move into its new premises should be completed by 2024.
The hClub building, which was once a members’ club, was recently acquired by WE Holding. PATRIZIA will help transform the London landmark with its rich history in the creative industry into a state-of-the-art, creative office space.
