McLaren Group has reached the highest point at the Build to Rent Repton Gardens site in Quintain's Wembley Park.

Three new buildings designed by GRID Architects comprise 1,000m2 of ground floor 'local needs' retail space, a GP surgery, and 396 Build to Rent homes (including 117 affordable homes) to be managed by Quintain Living.

Residents will have access to amenities such as a landscaped podium garden, residents’ lounge, a gym, and WFH facilities. Innovative products from Kohler and rainwater harvesting will contribute to low water usage and the underground car park offers electric charging points.
