Estate agent Merchants Row has sold the entire penthouse floor at Galliard’s TCRW SOHO development, reports London Post.
Seven penthouses with a combined list value of £21.4 million were sold to a buyer from Asia, who is planning to combine the purchased units to create either one or two large penthouses.
