Planning permission has been granted for the refurbishment and extension of the existing building – the ‘Consented Scheme’.

This includes:
• Partial development and extension of the existing building to create a partfive and part-eight storey building, incorporating additional office space on the upper floors
• Change of use of the ground floor and basement levels from data centre (Sui Generis) to office space (B1), retail use with associated outdoor seating area (A1/A3) and gym use (D2)
• Internal and external refurbishment works, including the replacement of the existing façade by introducing new brickwork
• The provision of new external roof terraces at levels 5, 7 and 8, as well as the creation of outdoor seating space and landscaping works in the rear courtyard
• Cycle parking and the installation of new plant and other ancillary works
