Plans for the development of land to the rear of 250 East End Road in East Finchley were approved by Barnet’s Planning Committee on 14th December 2021.

Manak Homes will build 25 high-quality new homes designed by dMFK next to Grade II Listed Bobath Centre.

Kanda carried out the public consultation on the proposals ‘at a distance’ in late 2020. This included a dedicated consultation website and a series of one-to-one meetings with a number of local stakeholders and residents.
