Ho Bee Land has appointed Savills to manage The Scalpel office building.

The 207-metre 36-storey tower comprises 406,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation to a mixture of tenants in the legal, banking and insurance industries, plus additional ancillary retail space.

Savills Property Management team also manages The Leadenhall Building and 8 Bishopsgate nearby.
