New appointment
Knowles has been appointed as the principal contractor to deliver Phase 1 works at 3-11 Lancelot Place in Knightsbridge.
6 existing houses will be demolished and replaced with 5 luxury townhouses.
Knowles works include the excavation of a complete footprint double depth basement, build of a 3-storey superstructure and complete shell and core works, including envelope works.
Expected completion in November 2023.
