Barnet Council has approved variation of conditions 1 (Approved Plans), 10 (Electric Vehicle Charging Points), 18 (Tree Protection), 28 (Carbon Dioxide Emissions), 33 (Residential Units) and 34 (Car Parking Spaces) of planning permission reference 21/0263/FUL dated 13/10/2021 for 'Full demolition of the existing building (use class C3) and construction of a new building of part 4 storey and part 6 storey (5 above ground) with the uppermost storey of both elements providing accommodation within the roof. New building to provide residential accommodation (use class C3) with associated communal areas, amenity space, refuse/recycling storage and cycle storage. Provision of off-street car parking spaces at ground and basement level accessed via ramped access.' Variation to include reduction in number of units from 109 to 93, reduction in number of parking spaces from 143 to 89, revised landscaping design, change to heating system, increased and improved resident amenity and facilities and amendments to elevation design.
