City of London has approved the latest plans for the office building at 60 Aldgate Street.

Plans include demolition of existing structures and erection of a mixed use office building, including ground floor flexible retail/cafe/commercial uses (Class E) and a public house (sui generis) (35,672 sqm GEA).

The site comprises 62 Aldgate High Street, 57-60 Aldgate High Street, the Still and Star Public House.
