Three Waters will be home to Bow Arts Trust (BAT), an award-winning educational arts charity providing affordable creative workspace for a community of over 400 artists, reports developer Mount Anvil.
BAT will be moving to Magnolia House this summer. The Trust also operates The Nunnery Gallery, a free public gallery in Bow that celebrates local history and champions the work of emerging artists.
Mount Anvil is now preparing to complete the scheme in the coming weeks.
Development partner Peabody has also now inspected and signed off around 98% of their homes.
