Westminster Council's planning committee is set to approve plans for the redevelopment of Kilmuir House site at the next meeting on Tuesday 14th June 2022 at 6.30 pm.

Native Land is planning to demolish Kilmuir House and build 60 residential units, including 4 affordable housing units, and flexible retail floorspace on the ground floor.
