Westminster Council's planning committee is set to approve plans for the redevelopment of the West One Shopping Centre site at the next meeting on Tuesday 14th June 2022 at 6.30 pm.

The application involves the demolition of the second floor to the fifth floor of the existing building together with the removal and replacement of the ground floor and first-floor façades. Above the retained basement, ground and first floors, six new floors of office accommodation are proposed, together with a plant room on the eighth floor, an additional plant at the rear second-floor level, and the provision of outdoor terraces and greening.
