Salboy, the nationwide property development and funding firm, has started the official sales for One Cluny Mews, its first London scheme.

The £40 GDV development in Earls Court comprises 35 high-quality one, two and three-bedroom apartments, including 8 duplex penthouses. The new homes are marketed to individual home buyers and investors throughout the UK as well as by Salboy’s overseas sales partners in the Middle East and Asia.

50% of the units under development have already been reserved, indicating a strong demand for high-quality, prime residential property in central London.

One Cluny Mews is located in the popular and affluent area within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in west London which has experienced significant investment and regeneration in recent years. Larger schemes here include Lillie Square and Earls Court exhibition centre development.

Salboy is an established developer with a solid track record in Manchester and a current pipeline with a combined GDV of over £100 million. It recently announced a joint venture agreement with Relentless, the property development company owned by Gary Neville, to deliver Manchester's long-anticipated St Michael's development, a scheme comprising a 5* hotel, homes and leisure spaces.

The developer's next project in London will be in Mornington Crescent, within the London Borough of Camden. The company has a pending planning application to build more than a dozen homes on the brownfield site that is located close to Kings Cross and St Pancras in Zone 1.

Salboy’s dedicated construction partner, DOMIS Construction is already on site, with all construction on site expected to be completed Q2 2023. The development was designed in collaboration with architects, Studio Power.
