Collins has been awarded the £8 million refurbishment and fit out of Times Place at 45 Pall Mall in London on behalf of J.P. Morgan.

The 66,000-square-foot renovation will include extensive structural work to extend the building with a new rooftop terrace and remodel the rear façade on the sixth and seventh floors.
