Multiplex and the project team celebrated topping out at 65 Davies Street last week.

The 65,000 sq ft commercial building designed by PLP Architecture is located above Crossrail Ltd’s Bond Street Station.

The project features a Public Art installation on the Western façade and a green trellis installation on the South façade. It is acoustically insulated from the new Elizabeth Line below and has been carefully crafted to blend with the surroundings.

Robert Kremis, Project Director commented: "Through the challenges of the Crossrail infrastructure project and a global pandemic, Grosvenor and Multiplex have stood shoulder to shoulder to arrive at this landmark moment. During construction, we have collaborated to contribute positively to the local community and sympathetically to the local environment. Celebrating the history and character of the area, 65 Davies Street is a fitting part of the gateway to Mayfair."
