Old Park Lane Management Limited OPLM has appointed McGee to deliver the demolition and enabling works at its 7 Millbank development in Westminster.

Soft-stripping is expected to start in early/mid-August, with scheme completion scheduled for early 2026.

The present building's historic façade will be carefully taken apart as part of the project so that it can be reconstructed and restored. With an expanded reception area, atrium, and staircase as well as terraces on the sixth, seventh, and eighth floors to provide amenities and promote urban greening, the new development will offer a high-quality, environmentally friendly workspace.
