HG Construction and CA Ventures have reached the highest point of construction at the student accommodation development on Stour Road.

The scheme consists of 330-bed student accommodation and a commercial block. It also includes an incubator workspace for graduates, artists’ studios, and an exhibition and performance space.

The building's architecture pays a chic homage to the site's earlier use as the John Broadwood & Sons piano manufacturing before the 1960s.
