Construction is now underway at Phase 6A of the £326m multi-phase regeneration of the Green Man Lane Estate.
The new phase, developed in a joint venture with contractor and developer Real, offers 23 three and four-bedroom private town houses, with front and rear gardens backing onto St. John’s Primary School. The new homes are set to be completed in Summer 2023.
The site is located just a two-minute walk to Broadway High Street, with West Ealing station served by the new Elizabeth/Crossrail line just over a five-minute walk away.
