Developer Northacre has announced the completion of The Broadway in the heart of Westminster SW1.

The six stunning towers of The Broadway, designed by architects Squire and Partners and built by Multiplex, offer 355,000 sq ft of luxury living space in 258 apartments and 16,000 sq ft of health and wellness amenities.

The development also provides 116,000 sq ft of office space and 27,000 sq ft of retail space.

Two, three and four-bedroom homes are available for sale through JLL:
2-beds from £2,555,000
3-beds from £3,255,000
4-beds from £9,435,000

Orchard Place, the new wellness destination, is set to open in time for the Christmas period.

Walid El-Hindi, Group CEO Northacre: “We are extremely proud to have reached practical completion on one of our landmark projects, The Broadway. We would like to thank our main contractor Multiplex, alongside our supply chain, designers, and specialist consultants for their unwavering commitment and dedication. They have all been exceptional in delivering this magnificent new addition to the London skyline.

We are excited to enter the next phase of this project and see our new destination Orchard Place, the Wellness Capital of London, coming to life and being enjoyed by all. “

Alistair Sansum, Deputy Project Director at Multiplex said: “Our whole team at Multiplex has worked closely with Northacre throughout the course of the Project and maintained progress throughout the Pandemic to help realise their vision of a contemporary residential and mixed-use development, which is a welcome and striking addition to an area not short of landmarks."

Michael Squire, Senior Partner at Squire & Partners: "The Broadway is a vibrant residential-led mixed-use scheme, which contributes to the delivery of Westminster City Council's vision for the regeneration of Victoria. On the ground floor, retail units and entrances to the office accommodation are accessible via Orchard Place – a new pedestrian street connecting Charles Holden's Grade I-listed St James's Park station to Victoria Street. Above the podium, six residential towers are clad in a dynamic geometric pattern of pre-cast concrete, inspired by the nearby Art Deco station."
