Pluto Finance has provided a £44.5m loan for the £95m development by Regal London and 4C Hotel Group in Aldgate, London EC3.

Designed by ACME Architects, The Haydon is a striking tower comprising 87 new homes set within secluded landscape courtyard gardens.
