The development will deliver 250,000 sq ft arranged over two basement levels, ground and podium, with four roof terraces. Additional features include four retail units and courtyard space which will be re-purposed for public access.

Sustainability is one of our biggest drivers and we have a strong track record in delivering sustainable office buildings that set new standards in carbon reduction.”

Luke Wainwright Director at CO—RE, added: “Mace has demonstrated a proactive attitude throughout the procurement process, settling the building contract, engaging with the design team & wider supply chain and liaising with Erith who will shortly complete the enabling works on site. We look forward to delivering this exciting project with Mace.”
