Newfoundland is now 58.0% occupied, reports Canary Wharf Group in its financial results for the first half of the 2022 financial year, which ended June 30.

The Group received £8.4m of residential rent for 2022 (2021 ? £nil) from its rental properties at Newfoundland, 40 & 50 Harbord Square and 65 Harbord Square which opened in the second half of 2021.

1-bedroom apartments from £2,550 pcm
2-bedroom apartments from £3,400 pcm
3-bedroom apartments £6,500 pcm
