Chelsea Botanica is estate agent Knight Frank's fastest-selling development this year.

Over 80% of the 133 new homes were reserved during the first week of sales in June 2022.

The new homes, which are scheduled to be completed in 2025, will include studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Only a few homes are now remaining, with prices currently starting from £730,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
