Planning permission and listed building consent was granted for the use of buildings as 21 new dwellings; removal and replacement of roof, floors, non-original stairs; retention of all facades and spine walls; excavation of an additional basement beneath existing buildings and extending underneath the rear gardens facing Regents Park. This was subject to a legal agreement to secure the provision off 44 affordable units at Chesterfield Lodge as the off site affordable housing.
