Meadow Partners has recently acquired 20 Victoria Street next to The Broadway development in Westminster, London SW1.

The corner building comprises about 14,000 sq ft of office space.

Meadow Partners already owns the adjoining t10-18 Victoria Street and the deal opens up a significant redevelopment opportunity in the short to medium term.

Levy Real Estate team along with Avison Young are appointed to let the remaining office floors at 20 Victoria Street.
