Munich-based family office AM alpha has acquired 24 Endell Street in Covent Garden.

Previously used as a private members club hClub, the building has a TV and music recording studio in the two lower ground floors.

The studio will be retained but the former private member’s club will be converted to Grade A office space that will be used as the new UK headquarters for global real asset investment manager PATRIZIA.
