Regent’s Place is gaining momentum as a life sciences and innovation hub, says British Land in the latest half-year results.

Lab space has been delivered across one floor at 338 Euston Road of which 5,000 sq ft is let to Relation Therapeutics and now other floors are being converted at that building.

Similar opportunities can be found in other campus buildings, and British Land plans to complete the construction of 60,000 square feet of lab space at Regent's Place by September 2023.

The current innovation occupiers include Meta, the General Medical Council, Babylon Health and the NHS.

British Land completed 193,000 sq ft (excluding Storey) of long-term deals at Regent's Place in the first half. This included a significant regear to Meta at 10 Brock Street covering 146,000 sq ft. The occupancy at Regent’s Place is now 95.1%.
