The sale of the ground rent investment asset for £3.7m (Helical share £1.8m) to the residents of Barts Square has now been completed, reports Helical in its latest half-year results.

Six apartments were sold during that period and one further apartment sale has completed following the period's end.

Eight apartments now remain available in the completed 236-unit residential scheme, of which two are reserved.

The retail space in Phase One is fully let to Stem + Glory and Halfcup. One unit in Phase Two has been let to the award-winning restaurateurs behind London restaurants NEST and FENN who opened Restaurant St Barts in early October. One further unit has been let to LAP Bikes recently and another is under offer which, if let, will leave just two remaining vacant retail units.
