Lambeth Council resolves to grant planning permission for demolition of all structures associated with the petrol filling station, decontamination/remediation and redevelopment of the site to comprise the retention, refurbishment and vertical extension to Vintage House (Use Class E) and development of two linked towers, in addition to basement levels, consisting of hotel accommodation (Use Class C1) together with ancillary floorspace, car and bicycle parking, and all necessary ancillary and enabling works.
