A new planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the 151 Strand site comprising part demolition and part retention of the existing building including the retention of the front façade, rear, and roof level extensions with balcony/terraces at the first, second, third, and sixth-floor levels, to create 5 residential apartments arranged over lower ground, ground, and part five / part six upper floors.
