Catella APAM, a real estate asset manager, has announced the sale of Liberty House, a development opportunity in London covering over 250,000 sq ft. The site is located next to Kensington Olympia and consists of two office buildings with a total size of around 90,000 sq ft on a 1.4-acre site.

APAM has appointed Cushman & Wakefield to handle the sale.
