Developer Comer Homes is set to launch the third phase, the Build-to-Rent element at its Mast Quay development in Woolwich SE18.

204 one, two and three-bedroom riverside apartments are available to rent, with prices starting from £1,400 per month.

The collection of new private rental homes will be available across three new waterfront buildings – Sky Sail, Moon Sail and Royal Sail.

Ranging in size from 646 sq. ft. to 1,776 sq. ft. each apartment benefits from stunning vistas onto the River Thames and across to Canary Wharf and the wider London cityscape, with bespoke stylish interiors that provide the perfect ambiance for unwinding and relaxation.

Providing a full-service offering, residents of Mast Quay benefit from a hotel-style lobby with a 24-hour concierge, private gym and health club, café/wine bar and communal roof gardens. Secure private car parking is available with electric charge points available, as well as an exclusive car club scheme operated by Zipcar.

The section of the Thames Path that runs in front of the scheme will open in Summer 2023, offering a beautifully landscaped area overlooking the river for residents and visitors to enjoy.

Caroline Comer, Sales & Marketing Director at Comer Homes commented: “Following the success of the first two phases at Mast Quay, this latest release is an important next step for the development in this popular Thameside location. Woolwich has always been a popular place to live for those travelling into central London and with the Elizabeth Line set to open in the coming months we believe that will only increase the attractiveness of the area to potential residents.”

Undergoing an extensive regeneration programme, Woolwich benefits from excellent transport links, with Mast Quay just a short walk from Woolwich Crossrail Station (Elizabeth Line), whilst Woolwich Arsenal station is also close by, offering direct access to DLR, Thameslink and Southeastern rail services.

Perfect for international travellers, the Woolwich Ferry terminal is directly adjacent, providing regular connections to Woolwich Ferry North Terminal for London City Airport.

Tracing its origins back to the Iron Age, Woolwich has long been an important area of London, with the Romans building a strategic fort on a site close to Mast Quay, whilst Henry VIII founded a dockyard there to build his royal flagship Henri Grace à Dieu, popularly known as the ‘Great Harry’.

Today, Woolwich is a growing cosmopolitan area with a mixture of new residential developments and cultural venues, including Woolwich Works, a large-scale concert venue, with rehearsal rooms, studio spaces, restaurants and bars.

Apartments are now available to rent at Mast Quay. For more information contact Comer Homes.
