Developer CIT Group has officially launched the sales of 8 Eaton Lane, a residential development in the prime central London area of Belgravia.

The project comprises a meticulous restoration and rebuild of the Grade II-listed building, which dates back to 1863 and was originally commissioned by the Marquess of Grosvenor. The restored facade overlooks Grosvenor Gardens, with contemporary high-end apartments located behind. The development will offer 42 residences and seven retail units.

CIT Group has already exchanged on around 30% of the residences in pre-launch sales. The project is being overseen by architecture practice PDP London and interior design firm Millier London.
