Mace chosen as main contractor for One Liverpool Street project
Mace, a global construction and consultancy company, has been selected as the main contractor for the One Liverpool Street project.
This marks Mace's second project for Aviva Investors and Allianz Real Estate, with the first being the 101 Moorgate development that is currently under construction.
The 176,000 sq ft One Liverpool Street development, designed by Eric Parry Architects, will feature premium office and retail space across ten floors and is fully electric with a focus on energy and carbon savings.
The project is scheduled for completion in January 2026.
