NE02 will bring 487 apartments to Wembley Park along with a community space, podium garden and public realm.

74% of the first two buildings, NE02 and NE03, will comprise Build to Rent units alongside over 100 affordable homes of mixed tenure

Designed by Haworth Tompkins, the buildings will be overlooking the first park in Wembley for over 100 years.
