The Robinson - Eclectic & alternative

GRID Architects had families and sharers in mind when designing the building. It comprises a variety of spacious three and four-bedroom homes, in addition to studios, one-beds, and two-beds.

The development offers a range of amenities, including roof terraces, the most extensive work-from-home area in Quintain Living's portfolio so far, a club room, and a 1,150 sqft gym that overlooks the podium garden with BBQs, play areas, and a lawn.

Despite being a new addition to Wembley Park, Repton Gardens pays tribute to the site's historical significance. The development is named after Humphry Repton (photo), who was commissioned in 1792 by the affluent Page family to landscape their estate.

Repton recommended that the estate be called 'Wembley Park', and his landscaping work has continued to influence the area's design to this day, inspiring the green spaces of Repton Gardens and Union Park within the eastern side of the neighbourhood.

We will soon be posting more photos of the development.
