Developer Galliard Homes has unveiled a new collection of penthouses at TCRW SOHO, the luxurious residential-led regeneration project situated on Oxford Street in the heart of London's West End.

Olivia Alexandra Interior Design, a renowned London-based interior design practice, has curated a collection of show apartments, which showcase the lifestyle on offer.

The development comprises two main buildings with 81 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and 11 one, two and three-bedroom penthouses.

The deluxe penthouses, each an elegant home for socialising, have been designed to optimise space and offer residents luxurious living.

Penthouse 504, the largest home in the penthouse collection, provides an immaculate 1,344 sq ft of living space. The three-bedroom show apartment takes inspiration from its setting, combining fun patterns and textures to represent the excitement of Soho, with a luxurious touch that symbolizes the elegance of the West End.

Penthouse 501, a two-bedroom apartment with a separate study, offers a warm neutral colour palette of creams and beiges with accents of blue, gold, and brown. It is ideal for professionals who need the space to work from home or creatives who could use the space as a studio.

Penthouse 503, a two-bedroom home, boasts a spectacular open-plan reception room, perfect for entertaining. The main bedroom uses a colour palette of dark greens, beiges, and creams, complete with an ensuite and bespoke dressing room that exudes a hotel-luxury feel.

The final penthouse in the collection, Penthouse 502, is a one-bedroom home with an elegant green and neutral colour scheme with accents of orange colours throughout, while wood finishes are offset with brass.

The design concept and specification for TCRW SOHO have been devised by internationally acclaimed interior designer Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design, who has created some of the world's most exclusive homes in London, Miami, Monaco, and New York for clients including A-listers Madonna, Guy Ritchie, and Naomi Campbell. The developments she has worked with include Amberwood House in Knightsbridge SW7 and The Stage in Shoreditch EC2.

The apartments have stylish reception rooms with full-height glazing, feature coffered ceilings, bespoke entertainment units with large-screen smart TVs, and statement flooring provided by natural Oak one-strip hardwood engineered timber.

The fully fitted designer kitchens have Veneer kitchen cabinets with Quartz stone worktops and Miele integrated appliances. The bedrooms have bespoke fitted wardrobes and rich, soft-tone bedroom carpets, with large format porcelain marble tiled bathrooms with underfloor warming.

TCRW Soho is located in the heart of the West End, with over 600 retailers, more than 70 leading restaurants, over 40 theatre/cinema venues, and six world-class universities.

Famous brand names such as Selfridges, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Hakkasan, and Nike Town are situated on Oxford Street alone.

The Crossrail Interchange, directly below TCRW SOHO, offers access to the Elizabeth Line and the Northern and Central underground lines. The Elizabeth Line has a capacity for up to 24 high-speed trains per hour, serving up to 170,000 passengers daily, with Tottenham Court Road providing high-speed journeys to Heathrow Airport, Canary Wharf, Bond Street, City of London/Liverpool Street, and Stratford.

Since the official sales launch, there has been very high buyer demand for the scheme, with the release of the final penthouse collection highly anticipated. The final 17 apartments remain in the main collection at TCRW Soho.

With its luxurious amenities, world-class design, and unbeatable location, TCRW Soho offers a unique opportunity to own a piece of London's West End.

Olivia Cartwright, Head of Design at Olivia Alexandra Interior Design commented: “Our brief for the collection of show penthouses was to create homes that combine the theatrical buzz of Soho with the effortless luxury and timeless design of the top West-End hotels to create a fun yet elegant home- from- home feel. We incorporated bespoke furniture throughout the apartments which have been designed in-house and manufactured by British makers”.

David Galman, Sales Director at Galliard added: “TCRW SOHO provides world-class apartments in an unrivalled location at the top of Dean Street in the heart of London’s West End. Olivia Alexandra Interior Design has created a series of magnificent show apartments which each represent somewhere that residents can come home to and entertain in effortless luxury, and we hope that potential buyers will be inspired by their beautiful work.”

The two remaining penthouses from this collection at TCRW Soho are available for immediate occupation, with prices at £2.9 million for Penthouse 501, and £4.5 million for Penthouse 504. The remaining apartments in the scheme are available with prices starting from £1.2 million.
