J3 Advisory secures insurance for Tribe's £60m Southwark PBSA scheme
Student housing developer Tribe has enlisted the expertise of J3 Advisory to secure insurance coverage for its £60m scheme at 671-679 Old Kent Road.
The development, which is set to be completed by March 2024, comprises a 7,000m2 student accommodation facility with 267-bed spaces, commercial space on the ground floor, and a 373m2 pocket park on the north end of the site.
Laurence Quail, director at Tribe, said: “This development will provide much-needed student accommodation for some of the capital’s largest universities. The Old Kent Road is undergoing significant redevelopment and this scheme is part of a wider programme that will upgrade the area."
