Developer Weston Homes has broken ground at the new Dylon Riverside site in Sydenham, London SE26.

As part of the second phase of the redevelopment of the former DYLON textiles factory site, the area will be transformed into a new £100 million (GDV) high-quality residential development. 

The development comprises 254 one, two and three-bedroom apartments across two buildings with undercroft basement parking, a new children’s play space, an outdoor gymnasium and landscaped gardens. The contemporary homes feature open-plan living areas, designer kitchens, and Smart bathrooms, all built to Weston Homes' premium and fully inclusive specification.

The project, designed by Ian Ritchie Architects and Weston Homes' own architectural and design team, is set to be completed in three years, with the first apartments available for occupancy by Summer 2024.
