McArthur's Yard, a new residential development on Bristol's harbourside, has been launched for sale by Savills.

Located near the SS Great Britain, the site was formerly the headquarters of McArthur's Group, a metal merchant.

The development comprises 142 one to three-bedroom apartments and duplexes in three modern buildings. Prices range from £323,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to £695,000 for a three-bedroom penthouse with a private roof terrace.
