Weston Homes commences construction at Brentwood Central

Weston Homes has commenced construction on Brentwood Central, an eagerly anticipated residential development in the highly coveted Essex town set to launch in Autumn 2023.

Priced at £19 million (GDV), the development will comprise newly built one- and two-bedroom apartments, including both private sale and Discount Market Sale (DMS) apartments that offer a 20% discount to those who earn less than £90,000 a year and live or work locally.*
