Brent Council has approved plans for a new development project involving the demolition of an existing Access Self Storage building and the erection of five new buildings next to Wembley Stadium.

The development designed by Collado Collins will comprise self-storage space, office space, and retail/commercial space, with residential units on the upper levels.

The project will also include new landscaping and public realm designed by Gillespies, ancillary servicing and plant, car and cycle parking, and associated works.
