Developer Stanhope, representing investors Mitsui Fudosan and Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), has announced the completion of a new office building, 1 Wood Crescent, at Television Centre in West London.

The 9-storey building offers 112,247 sq ft of prime office space with multiple terraces and views over Hammersmith Park and the surrounding White City area.

Designed by Morris+Company and built by Laing O’Rourke, the building has already secured a lease for the top five floors to PVH Corp., parent company to brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, as its new UK headquarters.
