Westminster City Council has approved plans for the redevelopment behind retained facade and erection of seventh-floor extension with new plant room at roof level to provide retail use (Class A1) at part basement, part ground and part first floors and office (Class B1) use at part basement, part ground, part first and second to seventh floors.
